Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov has opened a new golf course in Northeast Bulgaria called Thracian Cliffs, FOCUS – Varna Radio reported.
The golf complex spreads on a rocky area of 164 hectares close to the seaside and the cape of Kaliakra. It is the biggest sports and tourist complex in Bulgaria. Its designer Gary Player attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony too and described the facility as “the most beautiful one in the world.”
The prime minister said the upcoming construction of a four-lane road between the Bulgarian cities of Varna and Shabla and the Romanian city of Constanta would ease the access to the region, developing it further.
